Public Health Department Rohini Zone has organized the closing ceremony of ‘Dengue Day Programme’ on Tuesday under the Chairmanship of Dr. Pramod Kumar Verma (DHO/RZ), the Chief Guest of the programme are Mrs. Harleen Kaur, Addl. Commissioner(Rohini), Dr. Naveen Aggarwal, DC/Rohini Zone, Dr. S.P Ahir, MHO-II and Dr. Richhie, DHO/HQ-II .
Members of various RWAs from Rohini Zone and around 350 RWA members and general public attended the programme.
Besides, students from various MC pry. Schools and Private Schools have performed various activities like Dance and Play on dengue awareness.
Harleen Kaur, Addl. Commissioner(Rohini) and Dr. Naveen Aggarwal, DC/Rohini Zone distributed certificates to students for securing 1st position in Drawing competition held regarding Dengue awareness.
A senior MCD official said that certificate has also been distributed to RWA members for their efforts in controlling Vector Borne disease.
